THE CHALLENGE

TS Grale was retained by Kingspan Environmental to source a new Head of Operations & Capital Projects within their Hot Water Cylinders manufacturing business. They were keen to identify an individual with a track record of using world class manufacturing techniques to further improve operational performance of their manufacturing sites and experience, leading complex capital investment programmes to help enhance their manufacturing capability.

THE SOLUTION

Post an initial briefing meeting with the Business Unit Director for Kingspan Environmental, TS Grale created a bespoke search strategy to comprehensively map the manufacturing operations community within the chosen sectors and geographies. Following a rigorous search process we were able to produce a longlist of candidates and assessed each of them face to face against the agreed brief and submitted a shortlist of candidates for Kingspan to interview.

THE RESULT

The Head of Operations & Capital Projects was successfully appointed from the shortlist delivered by TS Grale.
