He moved into the recruitment industry in 2001. During his 15+ years in recruitment Paul has worked as an Executive Search Consultant and Director with leading national recruiters servicing the manufacturing industry.

Paul is a specialist in recruiting permanent and interim senior/executive posts across technical and corporate disciplines. Paul has built extensive networks across UK markets encompassing the full "C"-Suite as well as specialist roles in the sectors of Engineering, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Following re-location to Leeds, Craig moved in to the recruitment industry in 2005. During his 12+ years in recruitment, Craig has consulted and led specialist commercial businesses focusing on critical leadership hires within technical industries.

Outside of the office Craig is a family man whose passion for sport and rugby, in particular, is now lived through his son. Craig can be found most Sundays coaching the formidable U7’s at his local rugby club.
