TS Grale was founded in April 2016. Our vision was to build an executive recruitment business that delivered tailored leadership assessment across industrial and consumer markets.

Since then, TS Grale has differentiated itself as a recruitment business of choice for UK and international markets and forged relationships with an eclectic portfolio of customers from Global PLCs to a range of SMEs.
