The Challenge

IBI Group were looking to further grow their Transportation Engineering business in California.

TS Grale was retained by IBI Group to deliver an exhaustive search of the market to identify and source a Practice Lead for the Transportation Engineering business.

With the planned investment, IBI were keen to ensure they undertook a broad search for talent from within the relevant market place, with an emphasis on finding an individual with a proven ability to further grow revenues and profitability through existing and new customers.

The Solution

Following the initial consultation with the Global Infrastructure Director and team at IBI Group, TS Grale created a tailored search strategy to generate a comprehensive map of the relevant leadership talent within the chosen sectors and geographies.

TS Grale designed corporate briefing packs for the position that aided better engagement from talent approached.

Following a rigorous search process, TS Grale were able to produce a long list of candidates and robustly assessed each of them against the agreed brief and submitted a shortlist of 4 candidates for discussion and consideration against the position.
