The Challenge
After successfully appointing the Group Operations Director, Mackwell reengaged the services of TS Grale to source an exceptional individual to lead end to end Supply Chain for the business to further enhance supply chain and operational efficiency, and to support further growth across existing and new markets. The role was a new position in the management structure and was deemed essential for the continued success of the business.
The Solution
Following a detailed briefing, TS Grale designed a tailored strategy to identify relevant supply chain leaders within companies where they would have the required scope of experience. Bespoke questionnaires were also created to assess specific competencies required for the role as an additional screening tool in conjunction with our formal interview assessments. A short list was delivered within the agreed timescales.
