    Sean has worked as an executive head-hunter for over ten years during which time he has successfully concluded many executive search campaigns on an international basis. With extensive experience of developing executive resourcing strategies for a number of leading business across multiple markets. Sean is responsible for leading the growth and development of the Executive Search Practices of TS Grale.

    Jason Saunders has 25 years of industry experience including 20 years working domestically and internationally within a FTSE 250 company. He is a West of Scotland University graduate who co-founded TS Grale. Jason supports TS Grale’s customer consultancy, leadership assessment and executive search businesses.
