Our client is one of UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke consumer products, with customers across the UK. Projects undertaken vary from the manufacture of one off products to up to 2000 units. Famous for the quality of their products, most of their work comes from repeat business and referral.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Managing Director, they have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Manufacturing. The ideal individual will have proven people and performance management experience ideally gained in a bespoke manufacturing environment. With extensive experience managing production planning, you will be able to quickly build rapport, credibility, and trust with the skilled manufacturing team of circa 70 people. A strong track record of implementing lean & continuous improvement techniques, you will ensure you continually develop the production team while ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly and reliably, so that required outputs and targets are met.
