Position Summary:

TS Grale are recruiting for a Practice Leader on behalf of an award-winning Engineering Group in New York. Due to the firm’s strategic growth plans they seek an experienced leader within rail and transit to establish a design practice to further enhance their service offering.

The Practice Leader will operate a seller-doer model and is responsible for business development and pursuing new opportunities to significantly grow the department through winning rail and transit design projects and play a key role in the delivery of these projects. The aim is to increase the company’s market share in the region through working with State and Federal Transportation Agencies and Authorities, Municipal and County Public Works Departments.

The intent is that you will eventually build a fully self-contained rail and transit design practice in New York which shares resources and works collaboratively with other practices.

Must Have: Degree Educated, New York PE License, Minimum of 20 years of Rail and Transit design experience.
