A global manufacturer of water equipment systems that supply the water and wastewater industries. Due to growth they are looking to add a Sales Manager to their Central European team.
- Management and coaching of Regional Sales Engineers
- Monitoring performance of individuals and carrying out training to increase revenue generated
- Develop long term service agreements with key customers through liaising with the aftermarket team
- Identify gaps in the market through analysis of competition and customers
- Ensure effective coverage of end users in water and wastewater industries, as well as channel partners.
- Utilise distribution partners to maximise indirect sales
- Ensure end user relationships are sustained through travel to sites across Europe
- Manage key accounts to maximise revenue from each customer
What we are looking for
- 8+ years’ experience in technical sales in the water industry or closely related in a management capacity
- A working knowledge of the water/wastewater markets across Europe
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Experience selling to end users and working with channel partners
- Ability to sell complex technical solutions to Senior level Executives
- Ideally someone based in Central Europe who can frequently travel across Europe (when Covid restrictions allow)
