When Paul, Michael and Jason founded TS Grale in April 2016, their vision and resolve was clear that they were going to build an Executive recruitment business that delivered tailored leadership assessment across Industrial and Consumer markets.
Having fifty years of combined industry experience, spanning over three decades of economic cycles, they knew there was a gap in consistency of leadership assessment when supplying into Industrial & Consumer sectors. Regardless of macro-economics, at any point, they were confident that the market would continue to utilise specialist recruitment professionals supporting attraction into the numerous sub-categories across the industry.
So, having increased coffee house profits considerably through questionable caffeine consumption, a vision became a strategy which became a plan. This plan evolved into the launch of a business that, while not re-inventing the wheel, would aim to differentiate itself as a recruitment business of choice for the UK and International markets.
As an emerging challenger brand, TS Grale has already forged relationships with an eclectic portfolio of business from Global PLC’s to a range of SME’s (see our Client Case Studies for more details). More significantly, having delivered on the first assignment, most clients that have had subsequent needs then re-engaged with us to deliver a 2nd or 3rd time.
Today the company is geared for expansion through hiring talented like-minded individuals who can support our strategy to provide a specialised service by job type as well as sector to each of our customers.
