Craig Carnochan is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and started his career within a global banking corporation.

Ben is a graduate of the Leeds Beckett University with 12 months recruitment experience. His career in recruitment has been spent working for a FTSE 250 business where he successfully worked across a broad spectrum of assignments. Ben will be responsible for placing sales professionals within the Building Products sectors.

Brendan is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University, where he studied Sport & Business Management. He moved into a career in recruitment, and has gained over 2 years’ experience, focusing his efforts on Engineering & Manufacturing sectors

Dan has 3 years’ worth of experience working within the recruitment industry. He specialises in recruiting people into mid to senior level roles within the Engineering Products industry. Outside of work Dan is an Avid Liversedge FC fan and can be seen in the stands most weekends.

Sean has worked as an executive head-hunter for the past ten years during which time he has successfully concluded many executive search campaigns on a international basis. With extensive experience of developing executive resourcing strategies for a number of leading business across multiple markets. Sean is responsible for leading the growth and development of the Construction & Infrastructure Practices of TS Grale.

With 10+ years’ experience operating across complex industries, Brian possesses extensive knowledge of the Recruitment industry. As part of the Construction & Infrastructure Practice of TS Grale, Brian specialises within the Transportation Industry and operates within vertical markets that include Rail, Highways, Aviation and Maritime sectors. Working globally with a particular focus on the North American market where he conducts and delivers search assignments for the Engineering & Design Consultancy’s and Civil Infrastructure Contractors, typical positions Brian recruits for include Senior Project & Engineering Management positions to Principal and Vice President level positions.


Multi-Lingual, he has a solid track record of high performance and delivery in business consultancy services and various commercial and managerial roles within Global Blue Chip Corporations as well as SME’s.
