TS Grale Celebrates Its 6 Year Anniversary This Week.

General News

Paul Fleming and I would like to thank all our customers for the continued support over the last few years.

Of course, we also want to thank our family members who have provided unerring encouragement from day 1, and importantly helped us through a very challenging covid period. (That said, I certainly know that my own family were very glad to see me back in the office!!)

Whilst TS Grale continues to grow as an organisation, I reflected on the objectives set out at the start of our journey: “To build an executive recruitment business that delivered tailored leadership assessment across industrial and consumer markets.”

We also aimed to be a “trusted partner”.

After reading numerous articles and watching the Steve Jobs video again “Think different” (if you haven’t watched it, here’s the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrZKoWgcZVg ), I realised that the limitation in our journey was not the quality of our people or the service, it was the quality of our message and therefore awareness of our brand.

Whilst we work with some of the most prestigious companies across the UK, US and Europe, we were still left questioning “how do we build trust and brand recognition further?”. We realised that if you saw a TS Grale advertisement, you’d likely say “who are they, what do they do” and more importantly “why should we care!?”.  In the last year, in discussions with two of our valued customers, we talked about our businesses being “hidden gems” or as one of them is now highlighting in their industry “the best kept secret”.

This year, to help aid further growth, we have invested in our Marketing and Research teams to ensure that TS Grale is no longer a ‘secret’ but at the forefront of leaders mind when they look to hire exceptional talent. We have a clear plan to improve in this area over the next 12 months and I look forward to reporting on progress as the year goes on.

The past 6 years have passed in a blink of an eye but this year, there will be no blinking. With 4 new hires starting in the next month and already breaking company records, I don’t think there will be time.

I am extremely excited about the year ahead.
