He is a West of Scotland University graduate who co-founded TS Grale. Jason supports TS Grale’s customer consultancy, leadership assessment and executive search businesses.

Amanda is an economics graduate from the University of Leicester whose recruitment career has spanned nearly 3 decades. With a track record of senior manager and board appointments across a range of disciplines and market sectors, she has a wealth of executive search, talent mapping, interview assessment and career coaching experience.

Dan is a head-hunter, specialising within the UK Facilities Management market, successfully concluding many recruitment and search campaigns across Hard, Soft and Total FM as well as working across the Fire and Security Systems industry. With extensive experience of developing resourcing strategies for a number of leading businesses Dan is responsible for spearheading the growth and development of the Facilities Management division within TS Grale.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Leeds with 18 years of executive search and interim management experience, He has delivered board level assignments for listed and SME businesses globally. Paul is a Managing Partner and Founder of TS Grale.

After graduating the University of the West of Scotland, with a degree in Politics & Economics, Lyndsay held a range of Sales and Event Management roles. Lyndsay chose to put her career on hold to allow the full time raising of two children before more recently embarking on a Sales career. In 2017 Lyndsay joined TS Grale as a researcher and now heads up TS Grale’s research function across Leadership Consulting and Executive Search.

Sean has worked as an executive head-hunter for over ten years during which time he has successfully concluded many executive search campaigns on an international basis. With extensive experience of developing executive resourcing strategies for a number of leading business across multiple markets. Sean is responsible for leading the growth and development of the Construction, Infrastructure and Engineering Practices of TS Grale.

Laura has a degree in Business Management from Leeds University and has spent the past 10 years in both executive headhunting and marketing. With extensive experience in marketing strategy and executive search, Laura is responsible for driving our talent acquisition, marketing function and internal culture forward.
