At TS Grale we’ve reached a very exciting milestone – our second birthday!
It’s fair to say it’s been an action-packed two years, and so we’ve made the time to take stock and appreciate everything we’ve achieved so far:
Since we founded in late April 2016, we haven’t sat still. Within the first month, we’d sold our first retainer, and a month later we saw our first-placed candidate start their new job.
In the fifteen months since then, we’ve taken on four more invaluable staff members – Richard St.George-Yorke, Craig Carnochan, Matthew Lewis, and Ashley Beck – and hit some impressive targets.
In December 2017, TS Grale was retained by a national manufacturer to deliver a 12-role campaign, in February 2018 we had a record month of £138k reached, and by March this year, we had generated £1m fees in the first full financial year.
Not an organisation to stand still, in February this year we moved to a new office in central Leeds, and have since worked internationally, successfully delivering in Denmark.
With several events at the races, the Great North Run for charity, some clay-pigeon shooting, and a few Christmas parties to boot, it’s safe to say we’ll continue to have fun as a team but work hard together as we move into the next exciting phase of TS Grale’s development.
