Spencer’s relationship with TS Grale began not as a client, but as a candidate. While serving as VP for Europe at MPS, Spencer wasn’t actively seeking new opportunities. However, when TS Grale approached him for the CEO role at Faerch, he was impressed by the thoroughness and quality of our recruitment process. This experience left a lasting impression on Spencer, leading him to engage TS Grale to build his leadership team at Faerch, utilising the same assessment framework he had experienced.
