As leading executive search specialists, our reputation in industry is increasing rapidly and owing to our successful track record, we now have a foothold across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia.
Our company has evolved swiftly since launching in 2016, starting life as a micro company. Our vision and resolve have always focused on building an executive recruitment business that delivers tailored leadership assessment across industrial & manufacturing, built environment and consumer markets.
To do this, we know that our staff are our best assets and so a high value is placed on each individual. Now, three years later, we have a close-knit team of 12 consisting of an eclectic mix of driven individuals, each with personal strengths and a collective wealth of executive and leadership search experience.
We’re delighted that our expansion shows no sign of abating, and shortly we will be looking to move to even larger premises for the second time as we respond to market demands and invest in our specialist expertise further.

With growth comes reflection and 2019 has been a pivotal year for developing our company strategy. This year, we are delighted to launch two distinct sub-brands: TS Grale Executive Search and TS Grale Specialist Industries.
Hiring talented individuals who can support our vision, we are now able to provide a specialised service for each of our customers, by job type as well as by sector. Our unique insight gives confidence to our clients and means we can find the right talent in a global marketplace.
Our Executive Search brand uses in-depth research, the latest trends in industry, and our combined sector knowledge to seek out what makes a great leader. We are experts at finding highly talented Board and C-level candidates for executive roles in SMEs to global PLCs.
The Specialist Industries team spends time with every client to understand their needs thoroughly and give a personalised offer. We can now accommodate one-off talent placement, interim management, and complex project needs requiring diverse skillsets. We pride ourselves in building long-term relationships and working with some of the biggest names in industry.
Investing in our business
As well as investing in our people and our facilities, we know that how we present ourselves is just as vital. This summer, we will be launching our brand-new website to showcase our offer strands.
